1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the production process begins (typically within 2 hours of order confirmation). If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. However, if you’re not satisfied with the final product, we’ll work with you to make it right through revisions.
3. Exceptions
